1.Time attendance
- Control time attendance system
- Recheck Over time
- To made absent report
2.Payroll Administrator Responsibilities
- Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
- Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
- Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
- Issuing paychecks and managing direct deposits.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
- Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department.
3. Social Security Affairs
- To apply for social security registration
- To inform the Social Security office of commencement and termination of employment.
- To apply for a Social Security card and a right certification card.
- To inform the Social Security Office of accidents arising from work or other causes and of other relevant matters.
4. Employee Affairs for Uniform stork
- Control Uniform stork provide sufficient supply.
- Control the quantity to be delivered.
5. Estimate annual budget

- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources , Management , Psychology
- Experience 1 - 3 Years
- Can communication English and Good relationship and Teamwork
