* Connect with client from social media platform eg. IG, Facebook, Line@, TikTok etc.,
* Find rooms that meet the needs of customers and agents to present both rental and sales cases.
* Find a room to log into the system to Prepared for sale and rental
* Take care of online accounts As assigned by the company Coordinate with customers and agents who contact us. Online or other channels to close sales or rental contracts
* Advertise a room for sale and rental of the company on online media
* Weekly report summary
* Check and prepare contract documents and various documents related to buying and selling real estate rentals.
* Build relationships with people both inside and outside the organization. In order to operate with maximum efficiency
* Work with the team to plan campaigns and promotions in line with sales activities and desired sales figures.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
