Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in HR/Law/Administration or related fields
10+ years’ experience of HR Manager
Strong knowledge of labor law
Strong leadership with the ability to provide direction and focus for team members as well as motivating the team to achieve results.
Demonstrate success in managing, good planning
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in English
Responsibilities:
•Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and human resources policies, programs.
•Set up and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
•Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition: Identifying workforce requirements, planning for talent needs, and executing effective recruitment and selection processes.
•Employee Relations: Managing relationships between employees and the organization, fostering a positive work environment, and addressing employee concerns.
