- Managing multiple coffee shops
- Managing Sales and customer service
- Store operation
- Employee development (Products & Service)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Required experience to manage coffee shop or restaurant (> 2 years)
- 25-40 years old
- Ability to conduct internal meetings and customer service in English
- The followings Ability are required
- Create a business plan and risk management framework
- Establish financial budget and business continuity guidelines
- Develop talent through organizational reviews
- Implement service recovery and drive customer loyalty
- Build and maintain strategic business partnerships
- Facilitate innovation and manage change
- Oversee revenue, manage P&L, and lead during crisis.
- Training and build a team of restaurant operations staff.
- Effective management of company assets and goods.
