Handle enquiries efficiently and in a friendly manner. Enquiries can be from walk-in clients, on the phone, or via our social media accounts in cluding Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, Line and What'sapp
The duties include advising clients, organising placement tests, taking bookings, issuing invices and following up with payments.
Students and trainees need to be contacted regarding timetables, reports visa support and accommodation
Teachers and trainers need timetable, resource and visa support.
Full training on all courses and customer support is given and opportunities for further development and advancement exist for pro-active, efficient and positive team members.
