รายละเอียดงาน
- Plan and control glue production.
- Supervise the operation of machines in the glue mixing department to be efficient and follow up on work to achieve goals in the department.
- Control and supervise 5S, safety to achieve the goals, including absences, leave, and late arrivals.
- Take care of arranging manpower to be suitable for production.
- Provide training and knowledge on work to employees, including giving advice.
- Follow the company policy to employees.
- Improve and develop production processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male, age 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 7 years work experience in related job.
- Strong skill in production management.
- Experience in production cost.
- Experience in glue product will be advantage.
- Experience in glue production process will be advantage.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2015
- Experience in the responsible for energy in a factory.
