- At least 5 years of direct experience in managing E-commerce marketplace channels, such as Shopee , Lazada, TikTok as an e-commerce sales manager.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce principles, including product listing optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer journey mapping, and online payment systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners
- Good command of English or Chinese languages are prefer.
