รายละเอียดงาน
- Control the budget for Inventory department (Overtime and all expenses) as department’s budget.
- Control and monitor KPIs to increase department’s efficiency, productivity to achieve KPIs target.
- Support customer requirements as concerned with Inventory functions both mass and customize processes.
- Manage warehouse stock (Raw Material and Finished goods) with high stock accuracy with WMS system.
- Develop Inventory and delivery process to be more efficiency both safety and quality terms.
- Manage Inventory staffs > 20 persons under company’s rules, procedures and work instructions.
- Optimize warehouse storage areas by effectiveness.
- Initiative to Improvement Inventory processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or higher in related field.
- 3 years up for direct experience in Management level.
- 5 years up for Inventory / Warehouse functions.
- Strong knowledge in warehouse and operations management.
- Good command of English, both written, spoken and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
- Strong people management and Team player skills.
- Innovation and initiative skill to improve Inventory processes.
- If have experience of chemical warehouse will be advantage
- Good data analysis and development skill.
- SAP system is a must.
- Good Microsoft office functions (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Can do attitude.
- Control safety, 5S and Visual signage in Inventory plant to reduce risk to be accident and more working efficiency.
- Manage and control all standards and systems to comply with requirements (ISO9001 and 14001, IATF, Company rules and others)
