Within the General Purchasing Department, the sought-after resource will be responsible for managing bid requests, analysis and comparisons, and reporting. Specifically, it will participate in the following activities.
•Ensure that required services and goods are procured on schedule and within budget.
•Manage tenders by inviting bids and negotiating the best conditions.
•Create a purchase order.
•Manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
•Organize and share information regarding internal customer’s requirements to ensure that business units “indirect” procurement teams are aligned with Global Indirect Procurement Strategy.
•Advise internal customers on procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle.
•Work directly with internal customers within Ducati and interact at all levels within the organization to understand requirements, align with Global Procurement strategies and perform efficiently all purchasing activities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- A bachelor's or specialized degree in in economics, engineering management or a related field.
- Excellent of the Office program.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent organizational and relationship abilities.
- Experience in SAP system.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities, as well as teamwork and proactivity
- Temporary contract 1 year possible to extend
