รายละเอียดงาน• Ensure that technical support activities are delivered to customers properly in terms of quantity and quality within commitment and agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Provide technical support and product information to customers and conduct joint trial mix with the customers for quality improvement and cost saving for all concrete products also provide cement, concrete, mortar and other raw material testing to customers
• Conduct customer complaint investigations and solutions and train the technical and products knowledge to customers also make product demonstration and pre-sales approach to promote cement volume and prepare and provide concrete testing results to the customers and provide technical information and literatures for customers
• Coordinate with Marketing functions for supporting marketing activities and responsible for new product introduction and demonstration in all regions, especially to conduct customer seminars and training
• Provide Technical training and seminar to technical education institution in all regions
• Control for product quality of SCCO and franchisee such as failure rate, Standard Deviation (SD) and strength margin
• Perform other related duties as assigned
