Job Description
-Maintaining system infrastructure, defining standards, and protocols for data exchange, communications, software, and interconnectivity
-Maintaining IT Security policy, backup procedures and maintain data backups
-Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
-Maintaining essential IT operations, including operation system, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware
-Manage IT hardware asset portfolio and maintain record of IT inventory
-Oversee the operations of IT service in order to help users in identifying and correcting their technical problems and find appropriate preventive actions
-Act in System Administrator to manage user permission and computer device on system
-Support all related infrastructure task to IT Projects, Daily responsibilities include managing day-to-day IT operations
Knowledge:
Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 , Active Diretory, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing and GPO
Microsoft 365 Product (Exchange , SharePoint, One drive, MS Team and Etc.)
Knowlegde of Virtual Machine (Vmware, Hyper-V)
IT Security (Firewall, End point security, Network security)
Enterprise Network Infrastructure (Cisco Product), OSI Model and Etc.
Backup system (On cloud, On Prem)
Storage management (SAN, NAS)
IT Service management (ITSM) is an advantage
PABX, CCTV, Facescan and time record
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Compter Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology or equivalent.
- 1-3 year's of working experience in IT system administration, configuration, and system performamce analysis
- Experience in system engineer/cloud engineer/system administrator/ IT Infrastructure and IT Operation role
- Knowlegde in IT Security Opertions, Managed Security Service or equivalent
- Experience in supporting IT cloud solution (Public, Private, Hybrid), experience in Azure Cloud service is an advantage
- Experience in supporting both day-to-day operation and project assigned
- Manage and Support Infrastructure / Hardware / Software / HCI / Cloud Server / Server Machine/ Virtual Machine / Storage (SAN, NAS) / Backup System
- Experience in managing and supporting MS365 / MS Windows Server / MS Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / Files Server
- Good Service mind, team player and able to work under pressure at times
- Work Location: Bangna & Bangpoo
- Work : Monday-Friday
