Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our office. This role involves handling various tasks, managing office procedures, and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for document management within the marketing department, including coordinating and organizing accounting-related documents such as quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.
2.Coordinate with the store management team for the distribution of printed materials and signed documents upon production orders and collaborate with the store team to promote internal activities and provide consultation during events.
3.Facilitate document delivery with delivery services (e.g., Grab and Robinhood) for contracts, services, or other requested items.
4.Support the main admin team in responding to customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram and LineOA inbox.
5.Communicate and collaborate with internal/external departments to support departmental tasks and compile expenditure reports for the accounting department during marketing activities.
6.Handle tasks related to the department's plans, including document preparation and data compilation and perform any additional tasks required by Brand Managers.
