Technical Skills
Graphic and Visual Design Skills
Translate marketing concepts into graphic designs to support marketing campaigns, activities and presentations. Ability to create strong brand visual concepts & present implementation ideas.
Ability to turn complex ideas into appealing visual designs that can drive substantial engagements & conversions.
Create and produce dynamic multimedia presentations for the business
Develop/maintain library of past creative work, organized for easy retrieval
Demonstrate knowledge of full range of graphic design techniques and media
Exceptionally proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or other relevant software and technologies.
Craft & audit brand visual messaging regularly for consistency and performance.
Ensure that all visual communications on digital and social media platforms and marketing collaterals are correct, precise & accurate.
Juggle multiple projects from concept to finished product.
Projects will include and not limited to product launches, sponsorships & events.
Liaise with external vendors for print materials
This is a position under the Marketing team, the imcumbent should possess the following qualities:
Demonstrate knowledge of the business' marketing guidelines
Participate in marketing meetings as a Development team member
Understand our products and processes
Work with internal and external customers on briefs and technical matters
Work with Marketing, and Sales teams to recommend Graphic Design treatments and support in content marketing visuals and edits where necessary.
Other ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Design OR graphics related qualifications
3~5 years functional/technical experience in industry
