Customer Understanding:
ï·Collate insights to understand customer lifecycles.
ï·Gather information related to products, technologies, competition, and market trends.
Product Strategy and Planning:
ï·Contribute to the development of key metrics for product success.
ï·Develop plans for new and existing product initiatives aligned with the product roadmap.
ï·Support the development of the product roadmap by identifying focus areas for the product.
ï·Translate product feedback to requirement specifications.
Communication and Collaboration:
ï·Communicate business requirements for product enhancement to technical teams for implementation.
ï·Communicate product metrics and performance expectations to business and operations teams.
ï·Coordinate with operations and technology teams to resolve issues in product performance.
ï·Manage product feedback from surveys, concept testing, and analytics tools.
ï·Manage the launch of products or new services in new markets with sales, marketing, and technology teams.
ï·Manage product sales-cycle, identify product pricing positioning, develop and implement effective pricing structure to achieve revenue and profit growth
Project Execution and Implementation:
ï·Execute projects to implement major changes to products or services.
ï·Update project tracking sheet to ensure that milestones are met.
Marketing and Go-to-Market:
ï·Contribute to the development of go-to-market plans to support the launch of new product features or services.
ï·Contribute to the development of integrated marketing materials for content and products.
ï·Lead the development of marketing materials for the marketing of new product features and services.
Innovation and Improvement:
ï·Develop creative ideas and solutions for improving product performance.
ï·Provide inputs to the development of specific in-product tools and features for improving customer engagement.
ï·Support product strategy development by conducting research on new technology and market trends in the industry.

- ï·Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- ï·Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- ï·Possess basic knowledge in supply chain will be an added advantage

- ï·Able to work under pressure
