รายละเอียดงาน
- Ensuring the store meets sales goals through planning
- Expense control, and effective management
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Recruit and developing staff, conducting performance appraisals
- Ensure the orderliness of sales floor
- Accountable for training programs
- Analyze customer trends, executing marketing initiatives
- Manage inventory within store within target
- Manage merchandise, maintain visual guidelines, and ensuring a safe working environment
- Manage sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds at the cash desk, utilize the POS system, handle various payment methods accurately, ensure appropriate application of discounts
***Non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, may be required***
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum vocational certificate graduation education
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in service industry preferably in apparel, fashion / manage day-to-day Operations
- Experience working in international company is a plus
- Good Level in using Retail POS, Excel (Pivot, Vlookup), or SAP
- Fluent in **spoken and written in English**
- Experience in team management
- Able to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime
