Content Creation : Create monthly content for the company’s social media and craft compelling video content for TikTok. This involves brainstorming ideas, scripting, filming, editing, and ensuring brand alignment
Social Media Management : Create and maintain a strong presence on Facebook, Instagram, LINE, TikTok, and YouTube
Online Reputation Management : Monitor our online presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, YouTube, and Pantip.com and address any customer concerns or negative feedback promptly and professionally
Reporting & Analytics : Track the performance of all digital marketing activities and generate insightful reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Carry out other related tasks as required
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, public relations, business administration, or a relevant field is preferred. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar field is a plus
- Proficient in creating, editing, and scripting video content
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Creative, enthusiastic, and a quick learner with a willingness to learn new things
- Ability to occasionally work off-site to shoot video
