รายละเอียดงาน
1. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and
regular consultation with Human Resources Manager.
2. Design and control training and development programmer based on the needs of the organization and the individual
3. Create and/or deliver a range of training using any options such as face-to-face, digital and micro-learning, etc.
4. Produce training materials for in-house courses
5. Develop effective induction programmers for new employees.
6. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through appraisals, questionnaires and discussions with managers,
and provide trainees with timely and constructive feedback
7. Devise individual learning plans
8. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
9. Evaluate training and development programmers, and prepare reports for management in areas
such as usage, engagement and performance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female 24-35 years.
- Bachelor degree .
- Working Experience 1-3 years.
- Good command of speaking english.
- Interpersonal skills, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary.Communication skill, Computer skill, Presentation skill
- ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 (Basic)
