The ICT Jobs description:
●To provide comprehensive technical support service to apple devices such as iPads, iMacs, Macbooks and Apple TV’s including administration, installation and updating of all apple software and Apps to all staff and students devices
●Administrative duties relating to the schools’ IT systems including Google Apps for education
●Basic Programming knowledge in: MySQL, SQL server
●Set up equipment such as laptops, printers, interactive TV and other ICT equipment, ensuring that systems are ready for use
●Basic photography skills and photo editor software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator for support School events.
●General technician duties as and when required to help maintain the school network and support the smooth operation of the schools’ IT infrastructure
●Respond to help in a timely manner to assist staff with common technical issues
●Answer questions and problem solving for staff and students and clearly communicate technical solutions in a professional and timely manner
●Hardware diagnosis, repair, network resolution and software installation
●Coordinate repairs with third party contractors
●System administration, including add, edit and deletion of login and accounts as needed
●Support AV setup in classrooms and meeting rooms, Apple TV, TVs, sound, troubleshooting connection issues
●Other duties as assigned by the IT supervisor and General Affairs supervisor
●May coordinate the configuration setup and takedown of audio visual equipment for school events such as assemblies, performances, guest speakers, functions, etc
●Assist in maintaining records of software licenses and inventory and in setting up accounts in different software such as Google, Active Directory, and other software used at the school
●Manage stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
●Imaging of computers and ensuring that all devices are properly inventoried, labeled, stored and updated
●Other duties as required to support the IT
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in computer field
- Familiar with OSX, Windows, Android and iOS systems.
- Familiar with MS Office and Google Apps.
- Initiative and ability to work independently and to complete assignments on time.
- Possess professional skills emphasizing meticulousness, follow-through, timeliness, attention to detail, customer relations and effective workplace communication.
- Technical and analytical skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, patience and an enthusiasm for continual learning
- Good photography skills would be beneficial.
- Collaborative team player who can work with the ICT Director and the IT team to support students and teachers with their IT support needs
- In-depth knowledge of helping to solve common computer, device and network problems
