2.Key account management initiatives (international and local) as well as business development in Thailand to increase market share and performance.
3.Sales forecast, pricing and budgeting process within the area of responsibility in Thailand.
4.Coordination BU specific issues and best practise within Thailand.
5.Market research and evaluation as well as initiating measures to achieve defined objectives
6.Planning and execution of defined business projects in consideration of costs, time and resources.
7.Plan, define and control budgets and financial objectives in the area of responsibility in agreement with the superior.
8.Develop and manage an efficient organizational structure and process within the area of responsibility in agreement with the superior.
9.Support of products and technologies within the area of responsibility in Thailand in cooperation with regional BU.
10.Strengthen relationship with BU supplier. Always first to get news about new machine installation.
11.Negotiate and deal with key customers and CRM.
12.To ensure about the accountabilities of HSE function are implemented in role, refer from QM-001
13.Smooth transition of customers and carry on strong support after transition period.
