We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as Telesales professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, and selling non-life insurance products over the phone. We prefer candidates who hold a Non-life insurance broker license, as this will enhance their credibility and understanding of insurance regulations and products. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to
introduce insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to
understand their insurance needs and provide suitable
solutions.
- Educate clients on various motor insurance options
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and provide
recommendations for coverage enhancements or changes.
Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and
close sales effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent
basis.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and
transactions with clients using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and
product developments to provide informed advice to
clients.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize
sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Uphold compliance with all relevant insurance laws,
regulations, and ethical standards.
