Tasks & responsibilities
- Efficiently manage information about employee compensation and benefits.
- Prepare reports related to compensation and benefits as required. Communicate with employees regarding rules and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Respond to employee questions and concerns about compensation in a timely and professional manner.
- Check working time records, leave, and summarize results to present to supervisors.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, inspect and prepare documents regarding the appointment, transfer, and promotion of employees to present to the Managing Director for approval.
- Proceed with issuing salary certificates and employment certificates to employees.
- Other work as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of related work experience
- Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Good communication skills and working with others.
- Working in an orderly manner and developing efficient work.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
