1.Possess facility supporter for operational. 2.Operate preventive maintenance schedule for production automated machine including repair line conveyor and sorting machine. 3.Implement proper maintenance and immediately fix production automated machine when it break down 4.Sustain responsibility automated machine operate properly. 5.Monitoring automated machine spare part stock and replacement consumable 6.Verify and demonstrate role model of work safely with PPE equipment. 7.Notification about maintenance plan, improvement, and modification of machine 8. Action and cooperate production quality, safely environment. 9. Record automated machine downtime historical. 10. Response all assigned job from Engineer.

  1. High Vocational Certificate
  2. Possess a proven “hand on” attitude, monitoring within an operational or manufacturing equipment.
  3. Monitor and analyse electrical systems.
  4. Collaborate with engineers to determine the best placement for wiring.
  5. Update old electrical systems for improvements, safety, and quality control!
  6. Repair broken wiring and equipment.
  7. Analyse tests to track results and make improvements.
  8. Work with building team and make recommendations.
  9. Perform calibrations for placement of electronic components.
  10. Test devices for improvement, safety, and quality control.
  11. Responsible for all required electrical qualification tests on projects and ensure compliance with all outside parties involved.
  12. Modify systems to be environmentally friendly.
  13. Participate in test runs and meet safety regulations Well understanding in pneumatic and electric system.
  14. Able to be working outside normal hour where and when there is requirement to do so
  15. Be a committed, self-confidence, and self-motivated individual with a proven ability to manage functional responsibilities.
  16. Possess an openness to innovative ideas, able to demonstrate an ability to initiate change, demonstrate role model and influence other.
  17. Be a self-starter, possessing a passion for excellence and a proven ability to initiate change and continuously seek improvement.
