รายละเอียดงาน1.)Handle all internal team and external customers on service-related jobs.
2.)Oversee all internal & external services and workspaces in workshop.
3).Coordinate Service team to ensure objectives are met.
4).Jobs and project timeline management.
5).Act as the highest source of information for all service offered, inventory, product-knowledge and work process (for both internal team and customers).
6).Handle customer service interaction, request, complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships in order to ensure repeat customers.
7).Resolve service team’s problems and improve service methods to increase the service team’s productivity
8).Audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly.
9).Administrative tasks, such as service reports, battery performance reports and Job Summary Report to external parties.
10).Ensure inventory accuracy, verifying items being use in service jobs. I.E. Picking List and IIU.
11).Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, dealers, and sales representatives.
12).Provide onsite evaluation & maintenance service.
13.)Provide training to customers on proper care & maintenance and correct use of products or equipment.
14).Train new employees in company procedures, including safety and work processes
15).Ensure safe and clean workspace at all times
16).Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws.
17).Stay up-to-date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company
