รายละเอียดงาน
•Develop and manage marketing plan, communication and budget.
•Conduct marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness.
•Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focusing on online channels (Paid, Owned and Organically Earned Media) to drive awareness and engagement.
•Combine digital campaigns with other offline marketing activities.
•Responsible in all task on social media platforms and website.
•Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube and LINE.
•Maintain a consistent brand image across online marketing channels.
•Ensure that marketing materials are accurate according to the brand guideline.
•Track the performance of digital marketing campaigns and determine ways to improve impact and efficiency across all online channels.
•Study customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to make comprehensive decisions.
•Manage Social Listening tool to ensure voice of customers being heard and company take appropriate actions.
•Analyze and optimize Performance campaigns by using Marketing analytics reports, Google Analytic, Facebook Analytic etc.
•Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, potential new channels and strategies to keep the company ahead. Including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
•Create graphic design, motion and as well as static graphics for online and offline advertisements. Include product brochures, catalogue, banners etc.
•Prepare sales promotion tools and material such as giveaway, video clinical promotion, roll up etc.
•Plan, coordinate and setup exhibitions with external vendors.
•Execute trend analysis, monitoring and competitive benchmarking.
•Create video advertisement and is comfortable with video editing.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in business, advertising, communication or related fields.
- 2-3 years experiences as a media & contents planner in marketing communications, digital marketing or related fields.
- Strong knowledge in SEO/SEM.
- Experience in social media content management across variety of social media. platforms. Such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.
- Strong project management skill – Able to work in a fast pace working environment while maintaining a great attention to details.
- Skills in website development, content management, and performance monitoring.
- Highly proficient in Design working tools for graphic and video programs.
- Able to use Google Analytic and other online tools.
- Team player and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, active and pleasant personality.
- Positive, dynamic and want to make positive change to the business.
- Good command of English and Thai, written and spoken.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
