Inno-Cons (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is looking for a self-driven, resourceful and dynamic Human Resources Development Executive to develop and execute plans to help our team members to continuously grow in their career.
You must be an expert in your field and will be committed to training as a way to drive professional development, boost motivation, and enhance the team’s performance.
With the Human resource department, you will work across the organization in helping the entire team to achieve the goals.
• Developing an organization-wide annual learning and development plan
• Ensuring everybody gets the training required to perform better
• Identifying talents within the organisation and developing plans and activities to retaining these talents
• Execute, evaluate and redevelop training plans continuously
• Improving skills, knowledge, competencies, attitude and behaviour of employees of the organisation.
• Training & development in advancing career path (career development)
• Recruitment, selection, orientation & induction for new members
• Controlling the training budget
• Working with internal and external trainers to deliver best-in-class quality
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business management, or similar
- At least five years’ experience in the HR Development capacity
- Expert training planning skills
- Solid understanding of business processes, budgeting, and financial management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Collaborative and trainee-centric mindset
- Team leadership ability and experience
