-Merchandising Strategy : Develop and execute creative merchandising strategies across all platforms (online ,email marketing,social media ,paid ads) to grow the brand, maximize traffic online,grow engagement,and sales.
-Market Analysis & Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of industry trends and comsumer demands to advise on marketing strategies that will captivate our GenZ and millennial audience.Present ideas to owners of new ideas.
-Product Knowledge:Understand Boma Jewelry's key products and collections and understand what products coutomers react to and love.Be familiar with the core pillars of what makes Boma different and a lasting brand for over 40 years.Understand what products make Boma unique anong our industry.Identify the new opportunities for Boma Brand.
-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the owner and teams to ensure marketing execution meets customer expectations and drives sales.Provide insights and feedback from the market to inform future product development.Analyze sales data to share with jewelry buyer and inventory management teams.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- male female age 23 up (ต้องพูดภาษาอังกฤษคล่อง)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Sustainability, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or a related role, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.
- Strong English skills
- Interest in fashion and ecommerce
- Open and willingness to learn and grow
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
- Creative thinker with a strong visual eye and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
