We're seeking a dynamic and imaginative Event Creative Planner to join our team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our events' creative direction, transforming concepts into reality with flair and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the creative development process for events, collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders to conceptualize and execute unique and captivating experiences.
2. Brainstorm creative concepts, themes, and designs that align with client objectives, brand identities, and target audiences, pushing the boundaries of innovation and imagination.
3. Develop mood boards, storyboards, and visual presentations to articulate creative visions and inspire client buy-in.
4. Research and source cutting-edge trends, technologies, and artistic elements to incorporate into event designs, ensuring events remain on the forefront of innovation.
5. Liaise with external vendors, artists, and performers to procure props, decor, entertainment, and other creative elements, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure seamless execution.
6. Collaborate with event production teams to oversee the implementation of creative designs, providing guidance and support to ensure fidelity to the vision.
7. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess venue suitability and feasibility for creative installations and activations.
8. Develop comprehensive event production plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring creative elements are integrated seamlessly with logistical considerations.
9. Provide on-site support during events to oversee creative aspects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure flawless execution.
10. Lead post-event evaluations to assess the success of creative elements, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in event planning, creative direction, or related role, with a portfolio showcasing innovative event designs and concepts.
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative visions and inspire buy-in from clients and stakeholders.
- Ability in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Excellent in Microsoft power point/Keynote is preferred.
