รายละเอียดงาน
•Be part of product development meetings and routines
•Prepare injection material, including drying and resin pigmentation
•Prepare tool and make setup
•Establish injection process parameters and trial until specified quality and productivity is achieved
•Document process parameters
•Mold samples with and without color
•Submit samples for qualification
•Comply with the local and group policies
•Comply with the ISO certifications and other group systems
•Contribute to the external/internal audits
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Vocational degree in injection molding, plastic materials or related
- Minimum of 3-5 years working experience with injection process, product development with focus on tool trial and parameters development, especially with products with high aesthetics and cosmetics appeal, with a demonstrating process technical expertise and analytical skills
- Good Command in English (Working with foreigner)
- Strong experience working as mold trial technician, material preparation (including coloring processes) and sensitive eye for quality, color tones and color check
