รายละเอียดงาน
•Analyze production schedule, customer order and inventory levels.
•Develop material requirement plan and coordinate with procurement team and supplier to ensure timely availability of feedstock, chemicals, packaging, and utilities to support production schedules.
•Generate purchase request for materials based on planned requirements.
•Collaborate with sales and production teams to understand demand patterns and fluctuation.
•Adjust material plans based on changes in demand and production schedules.
•Optimized production plan and understand how utilization as well as to prevent any downtime incurred effected by demand/supply fluctuation.
•Coordinate with operation, process, marketing, and logistics team for progress and ensure that finished goods meets quality standards, shipment schedules and customer specifications.
•Monitor and control inventory level to ensure optimal stock level for products, feedstock, chemicals, and packaging.
•Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain to boost performance, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration to strengthen the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, focusing on continuous development and strategic growth.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Industrial, or a related field
- 3 years’ experience in Production planning
- Language: English TOEIC score for Bachelor at least 550, Master at least 650
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
