รายละเอียดงาน-Customer Administration: Get customer requirement, Provide company information and update customer data base. Generate and maintain shipping instruction to logistic for shipping document preparation.
-Order acknowledgement, update shipment detail, and forward a copy of shipping document to customer.
-Order processing to SAP: Create sale order in SAP.
-Demand/ Sales Forecast update: consolidating demand forecast from customers and co-working with sales to update sales forecast to ensure product availability. Monitoring sales forecast accuracy.
-Sales planning; communicating with production planner to produce the product as per sales plan and communicate to logistics to arrange shipment as per requested delivery plan.
-Inventory monitoring and control to match with demand and market trend.
-Issue a credit note/ debit note in case of price adjustment or if any claims from non-conformity.
-Commission record, customer’s payment tracking and commission settlement to agents.
-Sample management: prepare the sample and arrange shipment as per customer’s request with cost optimization. Following up for sample testing status and keep record.
-Customer complaint handling.
