- Perform customer onboarding process both KYC based on company policy and procedure
- Perform the due diligence on new customer by requesting the KYC information, documentation, review and verification of received documentation based on the company policy
- Periodically evaluate existing customers according to established company policies and procedures
- Maintain continuous contact with customer via communication channels such as email and phone call in order to keep customer profile updated
- Perform regarding company policy in case customer request to increase their daily limit
- Perform daily operational tasks by complying to the company and compliance policy
- Perform any additional tasks in relation to KYC
- Collaborate with cross-function teams to improve company products or KYC process
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 6 months of working experience in customer service or customer relations, any related role
- Excellent communication in both Thai and English
- Excellent communication, explanation, and interpersonal skills
- Being a person who has attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently whilst holding strong organizational skills
- Able to work on flexible working hours, working days (holidays), and able to work shifts
- Understanding and being familiar with KYC and AMLO is a plus
