รายละเอียดงาน1. Improve product yield, reduce scrap rate, and achieve KPI target;
2. Formulate and optimize the assembly process and write work instructions;
3. Evaluation of leading materials and new processes;
4. Design and optimize the assembly fixture;
5. Leading product failure analysis, analyzing quality problems at various stages (trial production, mass production, market feedback), and giving analysis solutions;
6.RMA analysis and development of processing methods;
7. Participate in trans-department coordination, unite and cooperate with production, quality, testing and project departments to ensure product quality and improve efficiency;
8. Participate in import automation to improve efficiency and yield;
9. Reduce costs by optimizing the process, introducing new materials and new technologies;
10. Report to the Engineering Manager and complete the tasks assigned by the Manager.
