  1. Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, food engineering, nutrition, microbiology or related degree
  2. At least 4-5 years of work experience in food-related fields

  4. Knowledge in food safety and quality management
  5. Knowledge in food science/food technology/food engineering
  6. Good command of English with minimum TOEFL score of 55 or IELTS of 5 or TOEIC score of 700 Skills
  7. A genuine interest in science and how it is applied to food and cookery
