- Consult and execute commercial strategy for brands in TikTok platform. - Recommend and execute marketing strategy for brands, whether it be via online marketing, participating in a campaign or more. - Support day-to-day operation across all functions in business analytics, promotion management and supply chain management. - Ensuring a smooth operation to drive sale growth by overseeing sales performance (GMV), online marketing performance, campaign performance and operational excellence for each brand. - Maintain close relationship with TikTok platform. - Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, graphic designer, digital marketing team, customer service team, etc.) or 3rd party partners to ensure deliverables in a timely manner. - Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews across functions on weekly or monthly basis.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor or Master’s degree in business related fields.
2+ years of direct experience in Key Account Management or E-commerce platform.
Language: Good command of Thai and English. Chinese proficiency would be a plus.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and balance multiple deliverables.
Be able to present thoughts, plans and ideas in a clear and succinct manner.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to create a positive environment with enthusiasm, creativity, and passion.
Willingness to collaborate openly and effectively with team members.
