Daily Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Europe Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Shift Allowance: 3,500 THB)
Responsibilities
To create BL's and send out to carrier or customer as per request
To check and amend the BL’s as per request
To coordinate with carrier, customer and agent at destination
To investigate the issue of customer to operations side
To monitor, check, and follow up the operate email
To send out the final documents and other related documents
To update status of shipment in the system
To create and submit the document in the system and send out to customer/ overseas colleagues
Any other tasks assigned by superior
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0 - 2 years in related field Import – Export, Freight Forwarding and New graduates are welcomed
- Good command of English
- Good team player and Operational Skill
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Program
- Preferably with working experience in multinational freight forwarder
- Strong interpersonal skill, good coordination, good relation, and service mind
- Available on flexible working time 08:30 – 18:00 hrs. and 13:00 – 22:30 hrs.
