- On-Site production process improvement.
- Improve production technology.
- Design and Manage tooling used in the workshop, Design process routes, formulate, measure and optimize production hours.
- Ensure stable product quality, solve quality problems that arise during assembly projects, and design-manage inspection tools used in the workshop.
- Ensure on-site process implementation, conduct process discipline inspections, strengthen the implementation of process control, and publicize and implement work instructions.
- Formulation and implementation of secondary education plans.
- Testing and tracking of new products and new materials.
- Plan confirmation, feastbility analysis, process monitoring and implementation tracking of proposed improvement.
- Control the production process to meet the specified operating standards.
- Solve work or waste problems by using appropriate tools to analyze root causes and determine concrete corrective measures.
- Improve the production process to have Productivity, Yield, and Quality continue to improve.
- Thinking of ways to improve work or use new innovations To improve the production process to be more efficient
- Setting appropriate operating standards in the production process to solve or prevent problems.
- Controlling Engineering change in the factory
- Operation control New model product
- Training to provide knowledge and introducing QCC for various departments
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male / Female Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer
- Good knowledge of standards for Machine, Laser Cutting Machine (if)
- Knowledge PM to follow plan and prevent machine trouble, Knowledge of Pneumatic & Hydraulic system, Mechanical measurement
- Possesses a Professional Registration License (for Thai nationals).
- Fluent in spoken and written English (Required TOEIC scores 550+).
- Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet.
- Communicates well in English.
- Understand the NDT application.
- Knowledge of mechanical drawing, component assembly part, Can apply AutoCAD 3D for ISO drawings.
- Computer skills inclulding MS office, Auto Cad, MS project, MS power point
- Knowledge of SOP,WI ,Process Engineer
