Our client is a distributor of all kinds of automotive and motorcycle spare parts. Responsibilities: - Analyze and set up business strategy aligning with company’s business plan and expand the new customer base. - Maintain and develop long-term, productive relationships with customers. - Develop and implement sales plans. - Identify and define significant opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives. - Articulate the value of our product/service at higher level within customer organization. - Supply proposals and product information to prospects. - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. - Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. - Negotiating contracts, promo plans, and innovations - Execute marketing promotion and act according to the plan. - Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts. - Preparing volume forecast and plans. - Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments - Resolve any clients' issues and problems and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams. - Partner with Marketing and Supply Chain Management teams to develop strategic customer growth programs. - Collaborates with the superior to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Previous experience in fast fit business, automotive business, retail business, and sales management, modern trade channel is advantage.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage expectation internally and externally.
