Responsibilities:
- Analyze and set up business strategy aligning with company’s business plan and expand
the new customer base.
- Maintain and develop long-term, productive relationships with customers.
- Develop and implement sales plans.
- Identify and define significant opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.
- Articulate the value of our product/service at higher level within customer organization.
- Supply proposals and product information to prospects.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Negotiating contracts, promo plans, and innovations
- Execute marketing promotion and act according to the plan.
- Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts.
- Preparing volume forecast and plans.
- Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments
- Resolve any clients' issues and problems and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
- Partner with Marketing and Supply Chain Management teams to develop strategic
customer growth programs.
- Collaborates with the superior to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
