Quality Assurance
- Support the investigation of the customer complaints and follow the action to prevent the recurrence.
- Prepare all necessary documents to respond to customer complaints.
- Track the non-conformance process and ensure the effective investigation and corrective / preventive action.
Document Control
- Update the revision of document and master list of document for all Quality Systems.
- Review the procedure, work instruction, SOP, and all necessary forms in accordance with the actual operation.
- Prepare any related documents for audits i.e. Audit Check Sheet, Procedure, Form, QI, Record and etc., and support all factory audit.
- Maintain the document control management system to support the operations of various departments.
- Ensure document change control process is performed and documented properly.
Quality Training and Improvement
- Initiate a quality improvement program and train the critical variable point to related employees.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any other related Science-based field
- Have a background in quality management systems with good knowledge of GMP/ISO22716/ISO9001/Halal.
- Experience in the cosmetic industry will be a plus.
- Must have strong attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Good command of written & spoken English
