รายละเอียดงาน
1. Assist HR&A Director to update and improve the related HR management system (recruitment, training, C&B, etc.)
2. Responsible for the recruitment, job Posting and maintenance of recruitment website, and selection of suitable talents.
3. Schedule and organize internal and external training programs.
4. Dealing with employees’ complaints and conflict as well as labor disputes.
5. Pychological counseling to their employees to ensure keep their good attitude.
6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor,
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource is preferred.
- At least 5 years related HR working experience in manufacturing industry on full functions of HR , have management capability and can solve problems.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Familiar with Thai labor law and related law & legislation.
- Excellent social relation management skills (Ability to communicate with the related government office).
- Strong communication and coordination abilities, strong execution.
