· Assist the Manager to provide great customer service skills by inviting and welcoming customers to the restaurant.
· Recommend menus, serve food and beverage to customers as requested.
· Receive booking calls from customers.
· Coordinate operations between front and kitchen areas for efficiency.
· Handle paperwork including issuing the receipt, summary sales amount.
· Coordinate with the accounting team.
