รายละเอียดงานObjectives: This role will conduct continual quality assurance checks on investigation and audit file documentation for the purpose of ensuring that the files contain the necessary documentation to meet/exceed the compliance and regulator expectations. Quality control reviews will assure that documents comply with regulations as well as internal quality control practices. QA KYC will plan, coordinate, and assist in the training sessions related to these results with the team. And will also develop processes that measure efficiency, conduct ways to minimize errors, and prevent defects repeatedly. In order to improve performance results and organizational effectiveness. These will be created at the request of and in collaboration with the related team designed.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop internal support and KYC quality standards
- Review a subset of agents’ verification (minimize and prevent the errors etc.)
- Assess support procedure based on internal standards
- Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback
- Discuss and explain feedback with agents in regular meetings
- Help agents improve their performance with specific instructions and constant support
- Report support team’s performance to higher-ups
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - 1 - 2 years experience in the operations (KYC), fraud management, or related role
- Native in Thai and fluent in English
- Able to work on a flexible 5-on 2-off work schedule
- In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
- Good customer, procedure focus, and detail-oriented
- Great team player with the ability to work with others (compromisation)
- Great people skills and ability to communicate (negative) feedback
