4. Recommends and implements local sales initiatives and store sales incentives.
5. Ensures that staff and stock levels are appropriate for sales maximization.
6. Achieves sales growth consistent with the company business plan.
7. Sets discretionary store expenditures and manages costs within approved budget.
8. Manages and motivates store team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
9. Plans and directs store staffing to consistently provide excellent customer service.
10. Develops the store team with succession plan to deliver the company growth.
11. Performs all aspects of people management including recruiting, appraisals, induction and recruitment, goal setting and performance management.
12. Ensures store environments are safe, clean and friendly to work and shop.
13. Contributes to overall company performance.
14. Handles special projects as required.
