- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with customer.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings to communicate project goals, roles, and responsibilities to team members.
- Identify project resource requirements and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with functional managers to secure resources and resolve
- Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to optimize project performance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management
- Track progress against the project plan, identify deviations, and take corrective action to keep the project on track.
- Communicate schedule updates and milestones to manager regularly.
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project objectives.
- Develop risk management plans to mitigate threats and capitalize on opportunities.
- Monitor and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement risk response strategies as needed.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project team.
- Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to manager to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Address manager concerns, feedback, and expectations in a timely and proactive manner.
- Define project quality standards and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed quality expectations.
- Implement quality assurance processes and conduct quality reviews to identify and address defects and deviations.
- Manage project changes and requests for scope adjustments in accordance with the project change management process.
- Assess the impact of changes on project objectives, timelines, and budgets, and communicate implications to stakeholders.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing , or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development,Project Manager or similar role managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and Result Oriented.
- Proficiency in Analytical and project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English communication for speaking, listening, writing.
