รายละเอียดงาน
-Solve the technical problems of vehicles in the Thai market Travel to dealers to provide on-site service when necessary.
-Sort out maintenance cases, and provide technical training and explanation to Thai dealers regularly.
-Review the claim documents submitted by Thai dealers (business review)
Thailand dealer tool management (standard development, equipment, regular inspection)
-monitor the quality of market products, regularly summarize and form reports, early warning batch problems.
-Follow up the rectification of market quality problems.
-Perform any other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills in Thai and English (Chinese communication skills are preferred).
- work experience: automotive industry technical support work experience is preferred.
- skill requirements: understand the knowledge of automotive three electricity.
- can adapt to unexpected business trips
- Positive and proactive learner.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
