We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media & Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and managing our online presence across various social media platforms and digital channels.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement & followers, and generate leads.
2.Develop compelling briefs for the graphic team to create high-quality, visually appealing content for social media posts, including images, videos, and written copy.
3.Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
4.Collaborate with a media agency to develop, execute, and schedule comprehensive social media advertising campaigns (paid & organic).
5.Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
6.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, graphic design, and trading, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
7.Track and analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize content strategy and achieve KPIs.
8.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital content creation.
9.Research and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in social media and digital marketing.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Passionate in beauty industry and obsess in social media platform & staying ahead of industry trends.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1~3 Years proven experience working in social media marketing or digital content creation, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design software and video editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
