รายละเอียดงาน- Working with Management team to develop overall brand Online sales channel strategy.
- Creating commercial strategies across E-commerce Marketplaces (Lazada and Shopee) Own online Sales channel (Facebook / line) and Other Social Commerce Platform as well as working cross-functionally with the Marketing team to create a social commerce & campaign strategy.
- Work closely with cross commercial management teams including Marketing, Sales & Trade Marketing and Finance to ensure proper Account Management and Development of existing Key E-Commerce accounts across multiple categories.
- Design solutions for new E-commerce customers to enable sales across multiple Ecommerce channels as well as new E-commerce models and offerings
- Prepare and analyze pre/post-campaign report and media/content analysis including traffic, channel and campaign performances as well as the ROI
- Ad optimization on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and Facebook etc.
- Exploring both of new initiatives and market trend to increase consumer penetration to online channels as B2C, own brand.com or any form of online sales platform
- Oversee the daily e-commerce operations, maintenance and performance measurement of the e-Commerce business, using a data-driven approach for analysis and decision-making
