Responsibilities:
Gathering and analyze Bangkok office market data
Track and analyze buildings and tenant movements through stacking plans and rent rolls.
Report on vacancy and absorption, tenant industry mix, lease tenure, and historical and future rent growth.
Interpret and find patterns and trends in the analysed data.
Provide insights and potential prospective targets and clients to the sales team.
Helping the sales teams draw and achieve business goals.
Submitting reports to the relevant department heads and management.
Assist with ad-hoc market research projects. Maintain spreadsheets, databases, market information and analysis as needed.
Work in tandem with the Commercial Leasing Manager (office).
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Educated to degree level in Economics, Finance or Real Estate
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Strong organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail is essential.
- Previous experience in research or general analytical role welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), other software skills a plus
- Fluent written/spoken English, second language or Mandarin Chinese advantageous.
