Quality engineer
- Proficient in English, able to communicate with foreign customers directly
- Mechanical related major, college degree or above
- More than 1 year quality engineering management experience in mechanical or similar industry
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and hard-working spirit, good at organization, communication and coordination
- More than 1 year experience in automotive Tier1 quality planning is preferred
- Familiar with the application of FMEA, SPC, MSA and QC techniques
- Proficient in 8D, and good at leading quality anomaly analysis and improvement
Documentation, LAR. OBA report, ECN, Improvement report, Process flow, Process control
Qualify and Implementation a new assembly machine..
Customer support and urgently issue. FA feedback issues, provides ST and LT fix action
Establishes monitors the SPC, provides corrective action as needed
Design of Experiment & Measurement System Analysis Application
Failure analysis for problem complaint from customers.
Provide real time support for quality or technical related to customer
Manage the quality of new model introduction/new model transfer
Work with Development to provide the technical and program support the product qualification.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 25-40 year old
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in English, able to communicate with foreign customers directly
- At least 3-5 year of machining engineer experience
- Having experience in Automotive industry
- Good Leadership, Project management skills, Strong analytical skills
- Good command in computer skill (Auto cad, Ms office)
- Can training to Taiwan 3 months
