รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities:
• Call out to existing customers to survey customer satisfaction
• Address any questions or issues customers may have during the call
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction score collection
• Document customer satisfaction score and customer feedback in a report
• Communicate with relevant teams on customer feedback and follow up response from the teams
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Customer Satisfaction Score Report
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong telephone skills
- Ability to solve problems and escalate tactfully
- Good Microsoft Excel Skill
