The Quality Manager at the factory is in charge of the quality control on the finished product and the raw materials.
He makes sure the quality specifications required for the project are met.
The Quality Manager is also responsible for ensuring the application of the group policy on Health, Safety and Environment.
The Quality Manager is reporting to the Managing Director.
Quality management:
- Responsible for the application of the Production QC process
- Supervise the finished goods quality control
- Prepare the Quality package for each project
- Ensure the documentation traceability
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and forms per ISO 9001:2015 standard, adaptable for potential CE marking certification
- Plan and conduct internal audits at the factory to assess compliance with quality management system requirements
- Plan and conduct local supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements and specifications
- Provide leadership and guidance, including an annual training plan, to production line team on best practices, standards, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications
Health, Safety and Environment:
- be the leader for HSE initiatives
- ensure the proper application of the group HSE policy
- Perform reporting via the internal system (BESAFE)
- Define the environmental trajectory and ensure its implementation
- Monitor and analyze HSE performance indicators. Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to enhance performance
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience in Quality control (3 years or more)
- Knowledge of steel products, mechanical characteristics
- Can communicate in english
